Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lodbd website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the revised document. lodbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and publish the effective date of the updated document at the top of this page.

These terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not supersede the English version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

lodbd may also publish supplementary rules and policies — including specific game rules, tournament conditions, bonus terms, and responsible gaming guidelines — that form part of the overall agreement between the player and the platform. Where a supplementary document conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the supplementary document shall take precedence in respect of the specific matter it addresses.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to lodbd is restricted to adults aged 18 years and above only. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. lodbd employs age verification procedures at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they originated where technically possible.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to hold a valid lodbd account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online casino or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a lodbd employee or business partner.
• You must not already hold an active lodbd account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers the lodbd platform — if you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period remains active, you must not re-register.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of lodbd products — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and payment services — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and an email address. You are required to keep this information current; notify us of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting support.

lodbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Before processing any withdrawal, we require identity verification. • Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

• lodbd will never send unsolicited requests for your password, payment card details, or OTP codes via email, SMS, or live chat.

lodbd reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification at any time, including during an active session, if our systems detect unusual activity or if a fraud concern is raised. Suspended accounts will not be able to place bets, access the casino, or process withdrawals until the verification process is complete and the suspension is lifted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

lodbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your player account and may vary by payment method.

All funds deposited into a lodbd account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. lodbd does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving a deposit from another person's payment account, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Deposit processing: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited to the player's lodbd account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the mobile wallet provider. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 30 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1-3 banking business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by verification queues or mobile financial service provider maintenance windows.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is a fraud prevention measure and cannot be overridden by player request in most circumstances.
• Currency: All transactions on lodbd are denominated in BDT. lodbd does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
• Transaction fees: lodbd does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied are those charged by the payment method provider itself, which are outside lodbd's control.

lodbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds declarations, or enhanced KYC documents. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing by the player.

Bonuses and Promotions

lodbd offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms that are published alongside each offer. Players are advised to read the full bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — before opting into any promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions offered by lodbd unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a fully verified lodbd account in good standing.
• Each player may claim each promotion once only, unless the specific bonus terms explicitly allow multiple claims.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• lodbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn while a player is actively completing wagering requirements, the remaining wagering requirement will remain in place in respect of bonus funds already credited.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including by exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, using bonus funds in restricted games, or coordinating play with other accounts to meet requirements artificially — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their accounts closed.
• lodbd's seasonal promotions — including those tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, and IPL season — are subject to the same general bonus rules plus any additional conditions published in the specific campaign materials.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on lodbd are subject to the rules published by the relevant game provider or the lodbd sportsbook rules applicable to the specific market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing funds. lodbd provides access to game-specific help screens and rules within each title.

• Sportsbook: All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results issued by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, void rules and reduced-overs settlement procedures apply as specified in the lodbd sportsbook rules.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended or closed by lodbd's trading team. Any bet submitted after market suspension will be rejected. lodbd is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet being placed after the intended time.
• Casino and slots: All games use certified RNG technology. lodbd is not responsible for errors in a player's understanding of game rules that result in unexpected outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for that round; affected wagers will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. lodbd reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Payout limits: Maximum single-session winnings and maximum single-bet payouts are published in the lodbd sportsbook and casino rules sections. Winnings above the published maximum payout may be reduced to the maximum limit.

lodbd reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, or placed in a manner that exploits a known platform error. Players who identify an error are obligated to notify lodbd immediately rather than exploit it. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

lodbd maintains strict conduct standards to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the violation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, play games, or interact with the lodbd platform in any way.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the lodbd platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity. lodbd has anti-money laundering obligations and is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Registering a false identity, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another player or lodbd staff member in any context.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals to your bank or mobile wallet provider without first raising the matter with lodbd support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or your account balance to any third party.
• Using VPN software, proxy servers, or any other technology to disguise your geographic location or bypass platform access restrictions.
• Communicating abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive language to lodbd staff or other players via any lodbd communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players may close their lodbd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, players should ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any available balance has been withdrawn to their registered payment method. lodbd will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Once an account is closed, access to the platform and to historical account data will be removed.

lodbd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious betting patterns, fraud indicators, or anti-money laundering flags have been raised on the account.
• The player has been found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration.
• The player has been identified as having previously self-excluded and is re-registering in violation of their self-exclusion commitment.
• lodbd has been directed to close the account by a relevant authority or by a court order.

Where lodbd closes an account for reasons other than a breach of terms or fraud, any verified balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days. Where closure is the result of a breach or fraud investigation, the release of funds is subject to the outcome of that investigation.
